At Baobab ("Baobab," "we," or "us"), we are committed to the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how personal information is collected from users of the Baobab website at http://www.baobablms.com/ (the "Site"), and how that information is used and disclosed. By using our Site, you consent to the terms of this Policy.
Please note we reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time and will notify you of such changes by posting the modified Policy on our Site and indicating at the top of the Policy the date it was last updated.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- purchase Baobab products on the Site;

In addition, information about our customers, including personally identifiable information, may be disclosed or transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing or sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, administration or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.
Please note the Data protection Act 1998 gives you certain rights with respect to your personal information, including a right to access your personal information. If you would like to exercise this right, please write to Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB10 1YL enclosing a cheque for the administration fee of £10 made payable to Engineering Insights Limited.

Opt-out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, including confirmation of payment, security alerts and notices about your current account and services.

From time to time we or our users may include links on our site that will enable you to access the websites of third parties directly from our site. Each third party operates its own policy regarding the processing of personal information and the use of cookies on its website and you are advised to read the privacy policy and cookies policy on the relevant website. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for that third party's use of your data or their use of cookies. We also do not accept any liability or take any responsibility for the content of third party sites.
